This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for DishUp customers.
1. Subscription Model
DishUp operates on a subscription basis.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- Payments are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual),
 - You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing billing@dishupmenu.com.
 
2. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged,
 - Once the trial expires, your chosen plan will automatically begin unless canceled beforehand.
 
3. Cancellations
To cancel your DishUp subscription:
- Log into your account dashboard, or
 - Email billing@dishupmenu.com with your account details.
 
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access until that date, and your subscription will not renew automatically.
4. Refunds
Because DishUp provides digital services with instant account activation, we do not generally offer refunds once a billing period has started.
Refunds may only be granted at our discretion in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate billing or technical error caused by our system,
 - Service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours due to DishUp’s fault.
 
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
5. Downgrades and Plan Changes
- You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
 - Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
 - Upgrades are prorated based on your remaining balance.
 
6. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, your account may be suspended.
Please contact billing@dishupmenu.com before initiating any chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
